trasse.ch is responsible for ensuring the timetable is drawn up without discrimination. This includes

  • framework agreements in accordance with Article 12b of the Netzzugangsverordnung (NZV) [Network Access Regulations]: Ensuring equal opportunities for applicants on receipt of the application, in processing and in the conclusion of framework agreements
  • supervision and audit of feasibility studies which have a crucial effect on implementation: consideration of customer requirements, compliance with statutory principles, identification of alternatives, etc.
  • drawing up of train path catalogues:
    checking that the planning assumptions and means of maximising capacity are free of discrimination
  • procedures for congested sections of line in accordance with Article 12a NZV: declaration of being congested, capacity studies
